Biography

Zhan Wang: He works at Hainan Provincial People's Hospital as Director of the Department of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery. He has 37 years of experience in Grade 3A hospitals, is a master's degree supervisor, and is a Hainan Provincial Outstanding Expert with Outstanding Contributions. With many years of clinical plastic surgery experience, he specializes in various complex and difficult plastic and reconstructive repair surgeries and reconstructive surgical aid.

He has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for more than 20 years and has excellent surgical skills. He specializes in craniofacial plastic surgery, scar repair, treatment of various congenital deformities, tissue defect repair, and laser aesthetic treatment. He has particular expertise in facial feature aesthetics, breast aesthetics, liposuction, and fat injection. Since beginning his career, he has led multiple research projects and received the Second Prize of the 2002 Hainan Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (as first contributor); the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award from the State Education Commission; and the Fourth Prize of Anhui Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. As first author, he has published more than 50 papers in professional academic journals, including 1 in the American journal Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, 10 in Chinese Medical Association series journals, and more than 30 in national-level journals.
